You would have your own dreams, which may be related to your hobbies or the career. When you have such dreams, you would be looking for convenient method in order to achieve them. Here is a list of few effective tips that you can follow in order to pursue your dreams. The effectiveness of these tips is proven and you can follow them without having any doubts in your mind.
1. Believe that you can do it
Your dreams would obviously be big. As a result, they might seem beyond your capabilities and skills. However, you should be in a position to believe those dreams. If you are working hard in order to achieve something, then it is obviously a big dream. For instance, a person who doesn’t have any college education can think about starting a new business and make it earn $10 million in revenue per year. Even though this is a big dream, you can still believe on it.
2. Visualize your dreams
The greatest achievers out there in the world have the habit of visualizing things. You can also think about getting that habit, so that you can go to a whole new level with your dreams. For example, if you want to reach higher in your career, you should visualize how you would walk in the office as a top level manager. This would provide you with the energy that is required to achieve those dreams.
3. Tell others about your dreams
If you keep the dreams restricted to your body, they would never go anywhere. Therefore, you should get the habit of telling your dreams to other people. The dreams are never meant to be quiet and kept inside your mind. When you tell your dreams to other people, you would start believing in them even more. On the other hand, if you can talk about your dreams with other people, achieving them would never be something difficult. Telling about your dreams to other people can also hold you accountable.
4. Plan accordingly
When you have dreams, you should plan accordingly in order to achieve them. You only get what you plan for. Therefore, you should never give up the habit of planning for your dreams. Planning comes with a commitment. If you want to plan, you will need to sit down on a regular basis and plan for a strategy, which can be used to achieve the dream. Then you need to define a time frame, which you can follow in order to achieve the dream.
5. Work on your dreams
Last but not least, you should start working on your dreams. When you create a plan, you will find it as an easy task to work on it and then achieve whatever you want. Achievers continuously work on their goals, while the others are just sitting on their sofas. All the short term activities that you do would convert into long term accomplishments along with time.
When I started to mediate, I did not know where to start because I did not know how to clear my mind. I had to learn to quiet my mind and just not think about anything that I had to do for a moment so I could reorganize my energy. I also did not have a lot of time to spend because I wanted a quick way to clear my mind. I was always drawn to this flower and when I started meditating, it made sense the paths that I have taken to get me where I am now. I have suffered, rebuilt and still rebuilding the roads ahead. Sometimes how we think can manifest into reality because that energy is being create whether it is negative or positive and just changing our thinking can really change the outcome. What is mindfulness? Well, mindfulness is the awareness that arises out of intentionally paying attention in an open, kind, and discerning way. This is something that is forgotten, and these days we have a lot of interruption getting in the way of being open and kind and paying attention to the things in life. We are often focused on the negative, judging, and disruption in our lives that when we find a moment where we settle down, find a quiet moment and it feels awkward. I know I have trouble focusing because multitasking is everyone demand and you lose focus on completing a better final product because everyone wants it down now. I had to learn how to focus even if the demand to multitask was there. I still focused on the main agenda that I had to build the drive to achieve it, I had to adjust my attitude and put the intent that it had to be done.
There are three parts to mindfulness to cultivate compassion in our lives, and these three part help become a more understanding to what is going on around you and everyone.
Intention is the first part and it is knowing what you are going to do, and paying attention to your goals is important. Why are you doing something and completing it to end because when you accomplish it, it will bring happier energy to you.
The second part of mindfulness is attention because when you pay attention to what you are intending to do and keep a clear vision of your outcome, you will also achieve great success. Instead of going from one thing to another and it is hard because everyone prefers multitasking these days, but when you actually focus on one goal at a time you can complete it with better results at the end.
The third part of mindfulness is attitude because attitude will get you to where you want to be because no one is going to do it better than you. If you have the attitude of being motivated the positive energy you bring into it will set the path and then you will have the drive to go further with your goals
So even if your daily stresses are giving you anxiety, remember to announce your intent, pay attention to the final result and do it with the attitude that this is your moment to shine and it is going to be your best. You will create a moment of success and it will help you feel safe and your natural compassion will come forward because you will understand the journey to your goal. Be interested in your experience and compassionate with whatever is arising and you will be a better person and it will be worth it at the end.
When we struggle to deal with our daily stresses and fears, we get anxiety to go forward because we keep the fear of failure and judgements in our heads. We might succeed in our goal, but the fear of letting go of the anxiety prevents us from going outside of our confort zone. I know I have struggled with it, and each time I tell myself you can do this. However, it is not easy because it is a mindset that has to be worked on to allow us to break free. We need to train the voices in our heads to not lock is down. I have learned through mediation to calm my mind and allow myself to believe I am capable of succeeding, even if the odds are against me.
