When I started to mediate, I did not know where to start because I did not know how to clear my mind. I had to learn to quiet my mind and just not think about anything that I had to do for a moment so I could reorganize my energy. I also did not have a lot of time to spend because I wanted a quick way to clear my mind. I was always drawn to this flower and when I started meditating, it made sense the paths that I have taken to get me where I am now. I have suffered, rebuilt and still rebuilding the roads ahead. My past is my lesson for the journey that I am still about to uncover. I will not fear my new lessons that I will discover.
Sometimes how we think can manifest into reality because that energy is being create whether it is negative or positive and just changing our thinking can really change the outcome.
