When it comes to protein shakes, I have no idea where to start, I am not trying to bulk up but I don't want something too heavy on my stomach. Here is a simple and easy protein powder recipe.
Step 1. Place in a spice grinder, the chia and hemp seeds until a find powder.
Step 2. In a bowl or ziplock bag, place the powder chia and hemp powder mix and add cacao, maca cinnamon and stevia and mix well.
So when you are ready to use just add 1/4 cup of powder to 1 cup of berries, 1 cup milk and ice and blend.
